birthing.

and when i say i want to stand hand in hand with women, black women, not only birthing the next generation, i also want us to birth ourselves.

i want us to become who we desire to be.

in mind body and spirit.

i want us to be exactly what and who we are and have always wanted to become whether we’re are a mother, a partner, a friend, a family member.

from womb wellness. to neurolinguistic programing. to spiritual alchemy. to somatic healing. to chakra balancing. to hacking the nervous systems. to tantra. to financial security.

i want that and i shall make that happen.

we see so much happening in the world that we don’t realize how much of an energy force we are because the world has made us feel powerless. its made us feel helpless.

i’ve suffered.

trying to strike a balance and create that for myself.

its time.

i shall go in my cocoon and make it happen for me.

i’ll share my experiences. share my wisdom.

to be the medicine you always have to find the remedy.

the remedy is self.

the remedy is me.
